As part of the project, the press's mechanical, hydraulic, and automation systems underwent a detailed assessment; critical areas affecting performance were improved, thereby enhancing the system's overall efficiency. Thanks to the work executed with ProsesTÜRK’s engineering expertise, the press's operational stability, process safety, and production continuity have been elevated to a superior level.
Following the overhaul process—conducted in accordance with the planned schedule—testing and commissioning procedures were successfully completed. The press system was then made ready for full-capacity production and handed over to ELC Aluminum.
Through the overhaul and modernization projects it carries out for various presses in aluminum extrusion facilities, ProsesTÜRK continues to contribute to the efficiency, reliability, and sustainable production goals of industrial enterprises.
