As ProsesTÜRK, we have successfully commissioned our stacker system project at the Kenan Metal facilities. Developed using our domestic engineering approach, this solution is designed to ensure high efficiency and operational continuity on the 10-inch press line conveyor.
Alongside the commissioned stacker system, the downstream conveyor lines have been configured to operate within an integrated framework. In this context, the entire process line—extending up to the thermal input stage—has been successfully commissioned to operate in both fully automatic and semi-automatic modes.
We maintained a strong collaboration with our solution partner, ALKONEKS, throughout the project's mechanical design and manufacturing phases; the resulting system has been implemented to support goals of durability, precision, and sustainable production.
