ProsesTÜRK has successfully commissioned the "Three Head Double Puller" project at the STAF Aluminium facility in Tunisia. Developed for aluminum extrusion lines, the system stands out due to its high-precision motion control and eco-friendly design.
The 3-axis, EtherCAT-based servo motion system utilized in the project boosts production efficiency by ensuring high synchronization and precise cutting control along the line. Additionally, the system’s "double cut" capability enables faster and more flexible operations during the production process.
All movements within the puller unit are executed via pneumatic systems; the design specifically avoids the use of hydraulic oil, thereby minimizing environmental impact. This approach reduces both maintenance costs and the risk of contamination in the workplace.
