ProsesTÜRK successfully completed the first revision project for the PR.02 (Cheng Hua) 6-inch aluminum extrusion press at the ELC Aluminum facility in Kayseri between June 22 and July 12. The press, designed for aluminum extrusion with a 6-inch container diameter, underwent a comprehensive review of its mechanical, hydraulic, and automation systems, followed by the implementation of necessary improvements. These upgrades enhanced the press's operational stability, process safety, and production efficiency. Following the revision process—conducted in accordance with the planned schedule—testing and commissioning were successfully completed; the press system was then handed over to the facility, fully prepared for full-capacity production. Through the press revision projects it carries out at aluminum extrusion facilities, ProsesTÜRK continues to contribute to reliable and sustainable production goals.
