ProsesTÜRK has successfully commissioned its Single Puller project at the Astek-MT factory in Russia, adding another strong reference to its portfolio of international projects.
The system implemented in the project provides high pulling performance through torque control, while offering a reliable structure that supports consistent quality throughout the production processes. Since the movements of the puller and saw are designed entirely pneumatically, there is no need for hydraulic oil. This results in a sustainable solution with minimal environmental impact and low maintenance requirements. This approach, which prioritizes energy efficiency and process reliability, directly meets the expectations of modern production facilities.
In the system design, highly flexible and wear-resistant industrial cables were used to ensure long-lasting and reliable operation in moving areas. All machine components were selected in accordance with the process requirements, and all necessary equipment and materials required for the system were fully supplied. This approach makes a significant contribution to operational continuity and safety, particularly in production lines involving highly dynamic movements.
