ProsesTÜRK has successfully commissioned the "Three Head Double Puller" project at the ELBİ Aluminum facility in Ankara. Designed to meet modern production needs, the system stands out for its high precision, efficiency, and eco-friendly approach.
The project ensures maximum accuracy during the production process thanks to its 3-axis, EtherCAT-based servo motion system. Capable of capturing the joint point without error, this configuration significantly reduces production scrap rates, offering the business a substantial cost advantage.
Another notable feature of the system is that the puller's movements are executed entirely pneumatically. By eliminating the use of hydraulic oil, this approach reduces maintenance requirements and minimizes environmental impact, thereby fostering a cleaner, more sustainable, and safer production environment. The mechanical infrastructure of the project was successfully implemented by ALKONEKS. Contributing significantly through its expertise in mechanical design and execution, ALKONEKS played a critical role in ensuring the system met its high-performance and durability targets.
In addition to these technical capabilities, the emphasis placed on labeling and engineering design processes is also noteworthy. Through a labeling infrastructure that complies with international standards—facilitating on-site traceability and supporting sustainable maintenance—combined with detailed, disciplined engineering design, the system was realized to fully meet all the requirements of an automation project.
