With a production capacity of approximately 2,000 tons per month, the vertical paint line enables the production of high-standard painted profiles thanks to automated painting applications, a controlled process infrastructure, and an efficient production flow. This newly commissioned facility strengthens GOLD Aluminium’s product range while also meeting the quality requirements of export markets.
ProsesTÜRK provided comprehensive technical contributions to the project—covering engineering, process planning, system integration, and commissioning—leveraging its expertise in aluminum surface treatment and paint shop systems. The solutions provided by ProsesTÜRK have enabled the line to operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably.
With this investment, GOLD Aluminium has bolstered its technological infrastructure within the Kazakh aluminum sector, while ProsesTÜRK has added another successful international project to its portfolio.
